Solid red light

My spout's white light that surrounds the pitcher turned red sometime list night night when the machine was powered on, but not actively making water. What is the problem?

I cleaned the air filter, turned off the machine, unplugged it, plugged it back in, and turned it back on, but nothing has changed. The red light is still on.
