Poor on time shipping

Does everybody find the same thing I've found? I have ordered items and they say they have shipped and I never receive them. Then I ordered replacement filters and they have never shipped. How can I sign up for the annual replacement filter program when Spout can't ship individual items? I was one of the very first investors. Spout started shipping units the beginning of 2025. I didn't receive mine till the fourth quarter of 2025. They just seem to be disorganized. Opinion?

My unit has worked flawlessly except for one time. One time it displayed the blinking white light continuously. removing the pitcher and reinserting it did zero good. I powered the unit off for 30 minutes and then powered it back on. Been working great ever since.
